Vital World

is the spa area housing 11 rooms from saunas and steam rooms to an ice cave and the all year round ‘Sunny Meadow room’. There are the 8 pools including the Competition standard Olympic pool, 2 childrens pools, the health boosting Blue Diamond Pool and 3 outdoor pools perfect for lazing around in the summer or relaxing in during the winter, when the outside temperature is -20°C the pools are still naturally heated to a very comfortable +32°C, Perfect!

Cryotherapy

this is the latest in ‘Must do’ health treatments. It involves you exercising for a short period of time in temperatures of up to -120°C. All round a sensational experience especially at AquaCity where luxury is an essential part of this treatment. There are state of the art facilities and you are guided and looked after by professional doctors and nurses who make the whole experience very pleasurable.
